How are we notified of incoming returns?

Depending on the configuration of the customer's system, return information is sent directly to that system, can be viewed in the Logiful portal, or can be sent via email or Slack.

How do you inspect returned products?

The standard process includes a 4-sided visual inspection and an odor test. Return processes tailored to specific customers and products can be discussed, agreed upon, and integrated on a case-by-case basis.

What happens to the returns?

Products that are ready for sale are immediately returned to inventory and are thus available again. Goods that are not immediately ready for sale can be reconditioned, collected, or disposed of.
